Turn on the power and set the volume to be published on the counter

1. also press the counter reset button to reset the counter

2.Set the control button and operation button to the stop( light off) position.

3. Turn the print position clods a(coarse adaptation) and B( fine adaptation) to" 0".

4. Acclimate the heating switch clump to" 0". This clump of my- 300 type doesn't work.

5. Acclimate the marker consistence separation clump to the thinnest position

6.Acclimate the space between the solid essay wheel and the printing wheel( applicable in the middle).

7.Acclimate the distance between the printing wheel and the printing comber.

8. Take out about 50 plastic bags and put them between the left and right companion plates. The left and right companion plates shall not be clamped too tightly to help the plastic bag from being blocked when it's transferred out.

9. When starting work, press the control button of the plastic bag product date printer( the light is on) to print and start counting.

10. Press the operation button( the light is on) and the plastic bag starts to be transferred out. At this time, it's still uncertain whether the plastic bag consistence splitting adaptation clump has been duly acclimated. thus, when the plastic bag is transferred out, the operation button can be turned off in continently to make the plastic bag stay on the marker transferring track.However, it's applicable to acclimate, If the markers situated on the track are easily spaced. However, the plastic bag consistence splitting adaptation

clump must be acclimated clockwise until the splitting is correct, If the two plastic bags lap.
