How to use the hot ink roller

The hot ink roller is matched with the soild ink coding machine, which is used to print the production date, batch number and other marks on the surface of plastic film, paper and other materials. It has the advantages of low price, easy to use, clear printing characters, not easy to fall off, quick drying, no ink pollution, strong adhesion, convenient replacement, many printing times, non-toxic, etc. it can realize rapid printing when used with any type of code printer.

Hot ink roller is composed of ink and sponge carrier. ink and sponge carrier is need special technology treatment, the sponge carrier is processed by high density compression and processhigh,then injected the ink into the sponge carrier,so became a hot ink wheel.

hot ink roller wheel is used with soild ink coding machine, how should it be used correctly? The details will be introduced as follow:

1. put the ink roll in the preheater for 5 to 10 minutes before use. (if there is no preheater, it can be preheated directly on ink coding machine)

2. after finish preheat,put the ink roll into the printer ink-chamber,adjust the ink roll heating temperature to be 120 degrees Celsius, start the ink wheel printer, then you can print clear the production date, weight, batch number etc.

3., with the printing times increases, the ink is gradually reduced. If the printing effect is nice, the ink roll heating temperature do not need to raise. If the printing effect is poor, then need increase the hot ink roll heating temperature gradually. It is better that every time upgrade 5 - 10 degrees, the temperature raised principle is depend on the ink will not drop automatically, finally,change the hot ink roll heating temperature to be 150 degrees, until the ink used out.
