Loosen the change nut on the belt feeding drum (it is not necessary to unscrew), remove the movable plexiglass baffle, install the thermal printing ribbon, put on the movable baffle, the baffle shall be close to the side of the thermal printing ribbon, and wrap the ribbon according to the direction shown in the figure. Loosen the tape change nut on the tape drum, remove the movable baffle, install the upper paper core cylinder (the remaining paper core cylinder after the thermal printing ribbon is used up), stick a small section of the head on the empty paper cylinder with self-adhesive, pay attention to the direction consistent with the direction shown in the figure, put on the movable baffle and tighten the tape change nut.

Note: the ink side (rough surface) of the ribbon should face the printed material.

How to load paper in manual code printer

After installing the printing ribbon, pay attention to whether the force arm of the printer can achieve the best effect. If the pressure is too heavy, the ribbon will be interrupted or the printing will be blurred and unclear. On the contrary, if the pressure is too light, the printing will be unclear, the hot stamping foil coding ribbon will not be heated enough, and the solid ink transfer will not be in place.
