1. Adjust ribbon width and feeding resistance
Adjust the axial position of the color band retaining ring of the code printer. The inner retaining ring does not need to be adjusted to make the distance between the two retaining rings 1mm wider than the color band width.
Adjust the tension adjusting screw of the code printer to take the non loosening (moderate tension) of the ribbon during the operation and printing of the code printer as the minimum limit, so as to minimize the belt feeding resistance, but the resistance should not be too small. It should be ensured that the thermal printing code after printing has sufficient tension, and does not stick to the printed material or deviate during belt walking.
2. Adjustment of connecting rod stroke and belt feeding stroke
Adjust the connecting rod stroke according to the thickness of the printed material to ensure that the printing head can press the printed material tightly at the lowest position, 1-2mm lower than the highest point of the printed material, so as to ensure that the printing is clear. If the pressure is too high, the color band will be broken, the printed material will be crushed, and the handwriting is unclear; if the pressure is too high, the printing is unclear.
By adjusting the belt feeding stroke interval of the code printer and the upper and lower positions of the adjusting screws, the forward interval of belt feeding can be changed. The upward adjustment interval is reduced and the downward adjustment interval is increased.
