1. Do not use inferior coding ribbon. If inferior ribbon boxes and hot coding ribbons are used, it will be easy to cause the driven gear to disengage from the original position and the main gear to bite loosely during printing because the box cover and the box body of inferior ribbon are not tightly connected. Due to the poor quality of the ink ribbon used, the ink ribbon will enter the needle seam of the print head along the guide hole of the print head and solidify, resulting in an increase in the needle output resistance of the print head, which is easy to cause the needle to break or crush the parallel groove of the print head, and even more serious, it will burn the drive chip of the print head or the ribbon motor and the drive chip.

2. The installation of the hot coding ribbon should be very reasonable. If it is not reasonable, the ribbon on both sides of the print head will be reversed, wound and deviated during rotation, which will cause the print needle to directly contact with the word roller and wear the print needle, causing needle breakage and other faults.

The correct use of the hot coding ribbon can also greatly reduce its waste and improve the utilization rate of the hot coding ribbon.
