1. The edge of the printing font is fuzzy or empty core. The main reason is that the temperature is too high or the pressure of the printer is too heavy. Please adjust the temperature and pressure of the printer at the same time to optimize the printing effect.

2. The main reasons for the incomplete printing font: low printing temperature, too light pressure of the coder or irregular arrangement of words. Please try to adjust the temperature, pressure of the coder or rearrange the words to achieve the best printing effect.

3. Each time you turn on the printer or change the word grain, please preheat the printer for 20-30 minutes (if the temperature of the printer does not rise, please submit it to professional personnel for maintenance)

4. After each date adjustment, the characters shall be arranged neatly with the same height.

5. High temperature or irregular arrangement of characters are the main reasons for the broken band.
